AS "Silbet" has the right for exploitation and selling of the sands in the open-pit Pann-Jarve (state license KS401-04 for mining works issued by the technical department of the state department of the protection of the environment. Good trough 16.12.2009).

The Pann-Jarve open-pit has the richest storage of sand in Estonia. It consists of poured sands used in making roads and building dams, as well as technological sands which are used for technological processes in building.

The quality of the Pann-Jarve sands is confirmed by the certificate N 1504-CPD-016/05 of the Tallinn Technical University.
